Friends & Family Test (FFT)

The Friends & Family Test (FFT) supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.

We welcome feedback to learn what we are doing well and areas where we need to improve for patients. We use the FFT along with other methods of feedback such as compliments and complaints to understand what matters most to you, your family members or people that you care for.
